·I created this for Mary, the owner, who was trying to unload the other unit; she owned the whole property. She used this in an add for the unit.

Future TOD
·I did this for my employer at the time, HDR. They gave it to the director of District 5 FDOT as a gift. It represents a concept TOD (transportation orientated developement) in a town similar in feel to Orlando. I jambed as many modes of transport as I could come up with.
